So, here's what I got so far.

Father: Lance (Drungon)
Mother: Carla (Drungon)
Foster Father: Pure (Kohan)
Bestfriend/Eventually Husband: Seth
Birth clan: Drungon, But lives with Kohans.
Personatly: Seems Very rude at first but she's Very Out-going, and tells you whats on her mind. Adventerious and a Dreamer. She also often gets herself into a lot of trouble most of the time.
Likes: Birds, Warm weather, Loves anything to do with flying, outdoors, and likes hanging out with Dudes then Chicks.
Dislikes:Being told what to do, Doesn't get what she wants, And Nay-sayers who say she won't ever fly.

Background Story: (SLIGHTLY rough haha)

Jordan's Parents is complicated, Carla and Lance are betrothed, Lance is best friends with Pure and both love Carla. Lance is in the Military and often had to be away from home. So Pure keeps Carla company while he's gone, WELL, this causes Carla and Pure to have Feelings for each other and become secret lovers, but it doesn't last long because they knew what they were doing wasn't right and wasn't fair to Lance. But Carla and Pure agree to never tell Lance and to stop their relationship. So, Jordan is born, She's really Pure's Child, but Carla keeps it a secret and Makes everyone believe that Jordan is really Lance's child.
But a nasty Drought hits the Drungon Lands, and Causes Desiese and Sickness that becomes fatal to most members. It does Kill Carla and Lance, and Pure had went to visit to check on them, only to find them dead, and 7 year old Jordan barely making it. He takes her in, She does eventually Recover and goes through an emotional breakdown after finding out her parent's are dead.
...But Pure still doesn't know Jordan is really his child. But he takes her in because it's his way of making it up to Lance for what he did with Carla.

But as she gets older, Drungon women Do not have Wings. Only Males do. She has this obsession with wanting to fly like the others, and to everyone's surprise she has an amazing talent for inventing. With a million attempts of making her own wings, her failures never keep her grounded.
She DOES later on meet a group of Cliff Divers, And becomes very close friends with one of them, Seth. He helps her a lot with her attempt to make her own wings.
And they do fall in love, Yaaay.
